The Dudson Museum is a great place for an educational visit. Set in a bottle kiln within an historic pottery factory there is the opportunity to learn about the history of one of the oldest family run pottery firms, explore the fantastic pottery collection and learn about social history and what life was like for children and young people in the Potteries.
Our meeting room facilities provide a fully equipped classroom space and there is an onsite café to meet any catering requirements.
The museum welcomes visits from school groups as well as holiday and out of school clubs of all-ages, offering half and full day visits including guided tours, talks and creative workshops.
The museum is currently open from 10am until 2pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday but we are happy to arrange a visit by prior arrangement. Please get in touch to find out more.
In the meantime, we have created some resources which we hope will be useful for teachers and educators. Click on the links below for more informatio
